Nuisance bikes.

We're continuing to receive reports of nuisance bikes being ridden in the Winshill area.

Following recent incidents, officers have identified the owner of a bike that was being ridden dangerously in Winshill. A Section 59 Warning and a Section 172 Notice have been issued in relation to this matter.
